The site

Le Visage Refinery is mobile makeup and hair booking software provided by TBG Strategic Consulting LLC, doing business as Le Visage Refinery. Today it is a waitlist: no artist can be booked and nothing is for sale yet. By joining the waitlist or using the site you agree to these terms.

Price

Joining the waitlist is free. Nothing on the site can be bought yet.

• Refunds. Nothing on Le Visage Refinery is for sale yet. Memberships and bookings are not open, so there is nothing to refund. Before anyone can pay for a membership or a booking, its refund and cancellation rule will be on this page and in these terms. See refunds.
• Cancellation. There is no membership or booking to cancel yet. To leave the waitlist, use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or write to [email protected].
• When booking opens. The plan is this: per-booking. The client pays a deposit when the booking is confirmed and the remaining balance is charged automatically 24 hours before the appointment start time. Artists pay no subscription and no listing fee; Le Visage Refinery retains a 15% platform fee on the service subtotal of a completed booking, deducted from payout. Travel fees and tips pass through to the artist in full.. We will show every price, and the rules that go with it, before anyone is asked to pay.
• Price changes. Once anything is for sale, we give 30 days notice before a price change affects you.

Payments will be processed by Stripe. We will never see or store your card number.

It is a software tool, not a professional adviser, and nothing it outputs is beauty, cosmetic, allergy or skin-safety advice. Your responsibilities

• What you send us — your email, and an artist profile if you start one — must be true and yours to send.
• Do not use the site to break the law or another party's terms.

What we owe you

We will make a reasonable effort to keep the product available and your data intact, and we will tell you without unreasonable delay if something goes wrong that affects you. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TBG Strategic Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can leave the waitlist at any time — see Cancellation above. We may remove a signup or a profile draft that breaks these terms. See the privacy policy for how long we keep what you sent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes are heard in San Diego County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
