The product

Le Visage Refinery is mobile makeup and hair booking software provided by Le Visage Refinery LLC. By creating an account or using the product you agree to these terms.

Plans and billing

Billing model: per-booking. The client pays a deposit when the booking is confirmed and the remaining balance is charged automatically 24 hours before the appointment start time. Artists pay no subscription and no listing fee; Le Visage Refinery retains a 15% platform fee on the service subtotal of a completed booking, deducted from payout. Travel fees and tips pass through to the artist in full..

Refunds. billing.refundWindow — not set
Cancellation. A booking can be cancelled from the booking page. What is refunded depends on how close to the appointment the cancellation happens — see Refunds, and the signed contract for that booking, which controls.
Price changes. We give 30 days notice before a price change affects you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Le Visage Refinery produces calculations and analysis from information you provide. It is a software tool, not a professional adviser, and nothing it outputs is beauty, cosmetic, allergy or skin-safety advice. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put into the product.
Keep your licence key private. Anyone holding it can reach your data.
Do not use the product to break the law or another party's terms.

What we owe you

We will make a reasonable effort to keep the product available and your data intact, and we will tell you without unreasonable delay if something goes wrong that affects you. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Le Visage Refinery LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop at any time from the billing portal. We may end an account that breaches these terms. On termination you can export your data — see the privacy policy for how long it is kept.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes are heard in San Diego County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
