Refunds

Nothing on Le Visage Refinery is for sale yet. Memberships and bookings are not open, so there is nothing to refund. Before anyone can pay for a membership or a booking, its refund and cancellation rule will be on this page and in these terms.

Leaving the waitlist

There is no membership or booking to cancel yet. To leave the waitlist, use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or write to [email protected].

Before anything goes on sale

We will put the price and the refund rule on this page and in our terms of service first. Nobody will be charged under a rule they could not read before paying.
