3. Who may enter
Makeup artists and hair stylists who work on location, are 18 or older, and are legal residents of the 50 United States or DC.
Not eligible:
Anyone connected to the company, and their immediate households.
Anyone whose profile is a duplicate of another entry, or is not the person it claims to be.
Salons, spas and storefront businesses — the directory is for artists who travel to the client.
4. How to enter
By creating a profile. Build an artist profile at
levisagerefinery.com/artist-signup and submit it. The profile must be
complete — every required section filled in — because an unfinished profile helps nobody and
earns no entry.
By the free entry form, with no profile.levisagerefinery.com/drawing#free-entry. It asks for
name, email, state, confirmation that you are 18+ and work on location and nothing else. No profile. No portfolio. No prices. Nothing published. The entry counts exactly the same.
By post. A hand-written 3x5 card with your name, address, email and phone, mailed to the address on the official rules page. One card per envelope, postmarked within the drawing period. Address pending — see the notice above.
5. Entry limit
1 entry per person per drawing, whichever method you use.
Duplicate entries are removed rather than counted.
6. Odds of winning
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during the drawing period. The current
entry count is published live at levisagerefinery.com/drawing.
7. The prize

8. The minimum-entry threshold, and what happens below it
A drawing runs only when it has received at least
25 eligible entries. Below that, no prize is
awarded that month — and nothing is lost:
Every entry carries forward automatically into the next drawing. You do not re-enter and you
do not do anything again.
The prize carries forward too, so the next drawing awards that month's prize
and the one that rolled over. Two prizes mean two separate winners; nobody wins
twice in the same drawing.
After 3 consecutive months below the threshold,
the drawing runs anyway among whoever has entered, and every carried prize is awarded.
9. How the winner is chosen
By a verifiable random draw that neither the sponsor nor any entrant can influence after entries
are known:
When a drawing period opens, the sponsor generates a secret random seed and
publishes sha256(seed). The sponsor is committed to that seed before knowing who
will enter.
When the period closes, the sponsor publishes the entry digest —
sha256 over the sorted list of entry identifiers — freezing the entrant list in
public.
At the draw, the sponsor publishes the seed itself. Anyone can check it
against the commitment, recompute HMAC-SHA256(seed, digest + ":" + round), take
it modulo the pool size, and arrive at the same winner.
The drawing is held within 5 days of the end of the
period. The winner is notified by email and has
7 days to respond; if there is no response, an alternate is
drawn from the same frozen entry list.
10. Receiving the prize
The winner may be asked to confirm eligibility in writing before the prize ships.
Taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prizes of $600 or more in a calendar year require a
Form 1099-MISC; the prize above is below that threshold.
The prize ships to a US address only.
The winner's first name and city
may be published. Full names are not published.
11. Void where prohibited
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This drawing is governed by the laws of the United
States and of the sponsor's state of organisation.
